Jay Taylor is a classically trained Chef who is serious about his craft, but that doesn't stop him from having fun in the kitchen. Jay, a California native with restaurant roots in the Pacific Northwest, cut his culinary teeth in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area among some of the areas top chefs. With a handful of successful restaurants under his belt, Jay brings a unique and worldly approach to American West Coast Cuisine at Mikki's.
